Background: Steve has more than 30 years of business experience having started or owned 17 companies in 8 different industries.

In 1992 his company, Trillium Heath Products, marketers of the Juiceman Juicer, was ranked by Inc Magazine as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the US and in that same year Steve was nominated by Inc Magazine as Entrepreneur of the Year.

Steve’s marketing strategies have accounted for over a Billion Dollars in product sales worldwide.  He has been featured on TV and radio and has been the subject of numerous articles including, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, USA Today and Success Magazine to name a few.

Since 1995 Steve has used his vast business experience to equip business leaders in more than twenty five industries to gain clarity and confidence to grow their businesses by identifying and focusing on their strengths, and building an effective team to maximize organizational effectiveness.

Background: Eric co-founded Jericho Communications in 1985, the 11th ranked PR firm in the country and served as its president for 21 years before their highly touted and successful merger in 2005. He now runs New York City agency hot shop Ericho Communications (www.erichopr.com).

Eric brings 27 years of experience to the practice of public relations and has earned a reputation for his unique expertise in strategic media relations, crisis communications, and media training. 

Eric has amassed extensive experience in counseling a wide range of clients in corporate, consumer, retail, technology and professional services markets and building brands such as Sony, Progressive Insurance, TCBY, Mrs. Fields, Subway Sandwiches, IKEA Home Furnishings, Domino’s Pizza, H&M and American Express, among many others.

Eric is also is a frequent talk show guest on national and regional television and radio programs, including CBS This Morning, The Today Show, CNN, Larry King Live and Fox and Friends. He can be seen weekly on the Fox Strategy Room where he is a regular on the panel.

Eric wrote the best-selling book I’ll Get Back to You (McGraw Hill 1998).  He is also the author of the first and second editions of Public Relations For Dummies (Wiley Books) which is required reading in marketing classes at 57 universities in the United States.

Mr. Sinclair's work has helped his global clients realize hundreds of millions in organic growth by leveraging a deep understanding of the market dynamics, customer buying drivers and competitive strengths that can be leveraged to sell more products and services. 

His experience spans many industries, including financial services, healthcare, transportation, industrials, building materials, and consumer packaged goods.  

Michael was formerly Managing Principal of Zyman Group’s brand and customer strategy practices, opened Zyman’s European headquarters, was Director of Marketing for CIBA Vision (Novartis), and held positions with Morgan Stanley and American Financial earlier in his career.

Managing Director Stockholm

Background: Courtney brings unique experience and talent to the team. Her marketing and international relations experience in Asia and Europe gives our clients a distinct edge and a fresh perspective.

After completing undergraduate studies at Columbia University, Courtney was a public relations specialist in the media capital of the world - New York City. After working with a broad range of clients, from fashion mavens such as H&M to global projects like NYC2012 Olympic bid, she moved to Japan for a year and worked with the Japanese government in order to engage in grassroots level diplomacy and establish business relationships.

From there she moved to Stockholm, Sweden to attend the full-time MBA program at the Stockholm School of Economics. Since graduating, and establishing relationships with the business community she heads up our European operations based in Stockholm, Sweden, where she works with local partners and develops international clientele.
