In 1992, Steve's company, Trillium Health Products, marketers of the Juiceman Juicer, was ranked by Inc Magazine as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States. The following year, the company’s revenues fell more than 70% and profits dropped more than 150%! Throughout this roller coaster ride, the company maintained its integrity and clarity of purpose and was eventually sold.

In this presentation Steve focuses on specific principles that allowed Trillium to weather the storm.
